Yoga is effective in every aspect like, removing addictions, curing diseases, increase vital energy, increase resistance power of the body. Apart from this Yoga brings good positive changes in mental frame, makes mind stable, peaceful and happy.
The word yoga, literally means ‘to unite,’ has many branches. Yoga postures balance the different systems of the body, including the central nervous system, the endocrine (or glandular) system, and the digestive system.

Yoga thus takes care of both our physical and mental health and should be learned scientifically, to achieve the required results, after which it should be practiced exactly as learned.
